πŸŽ‰ Sunday Social Program

Our Social Sunday Training Sessions are the fun you missed out on on all week and skill development you didn't know you needed! Whether you're a beginner looking to ace your skills or an intermediate player ready for a rally-based challenge, we've got the perfect program for you.

Our Social Program is a dynamic blend of drill-based training, gameplay style drills and gameplay, tailored for athletes of various skill levels. This year, we've decided to combine our Beginner and Intermediate sessions to foster more rapid and well-rounded development by blending these two levels and creating an environment where players can challenge themselves while still having the opportunity to reinforce fundamental skills. Running across two different courts, our experienced coaches run through tailored challenges that encourage growth without overwhelming anyone. So whether you wanting to refine your skills for your social team or completely jump into a new fun sport this is for you.

🏐 Beginners Welcomed with Open Arms

Overview: For those with a little to no familiarity with volleyball but hungry for skill-based training, this is your playground for improvement.

Focus: Reps, fun, and gameplay is what this program focuses on. Dive into the thrill of group drills and elevate your game with a focus on gameplay rather than just skill development.

Expectations: Beginner players on Sundays can have little to no history in the sport and this program aims to facilitate you learning these basics whilst also exposing you more advanced concepts as goals for the near future. Coaches will guide you through the basics and get you serving, rallying and winning points in no time.

πŸš€ Intermediates Elevate Your Game

Progression: Intermediate sessions, a natural step forward from Beginners, or a sweet spot for athletes familiar with the sport. Tailored for rally-based skill levels, these sessions offer continuous gameplay, loads of fun and another stepping stone in your volleyball career.

Recommended for: Players craving additional gameplay and training within a social and participatory environment. State League Level athletes often join, providing a unique learning and playing experience.

Focus: Similar to Beginners, gameplay takes precedence, but technical corrections are a focus from our coaches. It's about enjoying the game and enhancing skills in a social setting.

Expectations: If you're not quite ready for our State League programs or are just wanting to improve your technique and gameplay this programs aims to prepare you for just that through strengthening your foundational skills while refining your techniques!
